Maybe it’s time to let go of old grievances.<\/p>\n Finish turning Mary’s sewing room into the new nursery before the baby comes.<\/p>\n Make a point of spending more one-on-one time with Dean. Make sure he’s okay with being a big brother. Don’t let him feel left out.<\/p>\n Sell the Impala. Mary’s right, it’s hardly a family car. Maybe get something safe and family friendly like that Volvo she’s been hinting about, even if you can’t see yourself as the station wagon type.<\/p>\n 1993 – John<\/strong><\/p>\n Have “the talk” with Dean. Again.<\/p>\n Try not to go out hunting around Sammy’s birthday.<\/p>\n End this thing.<\/p>\n 2000 – Sam<\/strong><\/p>\n Look into fee wavers for the SAT. Don’t repeat the PSAT\/NMSQT last-minute money scramble. No spending the night before patching up Dean or Dad this time, either.<\/p>\n Set up a P.O. Box for college applications.
